The Symphony Billing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution provides a single point of reference for the billing of all products and services for any given customer. It provides easy access to the history of all inbound and outbound communication, and gives customer service representatives the tools to find information and answer questions about their customer's service, rates, discounts and more.

The Symphony billing system provides the capability to offer packages to your subscribers where you, the Service Provider, can combine and bundle services under one umbrella.  This a la carte approach is effective for companies who offer diverse services to their market place.

Symphony mediation is full featured product which includes collection, monitoring and formatting of switch information. The Symphony software connects to any Network Element and can be offered either as a standalone/independent application or as integral part of the Symphony Billing system. It supports any topology, interfacing with any network element which is part of the given topology. The latest technology protocols are supported, including AFT, FTP, and X.25.

The Symphony Settlements system is a full featured solution that supports the settlements of various services and agreements between carriers. It allows operators to charge other carriers for using their networks and reconcile the bills received from their carrier partners.</p>
<p>It offers a complete service line, including data collection, flexible management of contracts and trunks; it offers a rating engine, settlement and reconciliation of interconnect charges and various reports.</p>
<p>The Settlements Reporting module is an integral part of the application and delivers a whole host of reports and charts which serve as tools to analyze their traffic and perform forecasting and trending analysis. As a result, this powerful system allows carriers to track and verify their revenues and costs, as well as shorten time interval of the revenue collection.

Use of workflow functionality enables users to configure Service Orders, Work Orders as well as Trouble tickets. </p>
<p>Once an order is setup, the system supports automated process to assign and move the order through numerous departments and functional groups which are responsible for getting the order completed.</p>
<p>This capability is critical to any enterprise committed to their schedules and promised activation dates to their subscribers. The system supports several levels of escalation if due dates are missed.<br />

Symphony Roaming Billing solution is full featured product, offering User Interface for online users and processes which run behind the scene. Service Provider can define pertinent information about their roaming partner, such as file sequence numbers, rates, possible discounts for various record types, etc.

Symphony NRTRDE solution offers Near Real Time Roaming Data Exchange service to wireless service providers. It enables wireless carriers to exchange the usage information of calls made on the home and visiting networks between respective carriers. Continuous data exchange provides an effective and timely mechanism to prevent and detect international fraud. The key to identifying fraud is configuration of thresholds meaningful in fraud detection as shown above. These settings are user configurable and can be customized to specific requirements per carrier.

The Symphony CRM Interface supports automated provisioning of multiple services including wireline, wireless and data in real time. All the switches or other network elements' commands are defined in the system, so that the services can be activated or disconnected directly in the switch based on the Service Order activity (workflow process) or based on live interaction between CSR and a subscriber. Our system connects directly to the switches and performs the switch updates for any services/features changes on existing accounts or activations on new accounts.
