There is a known issue with the Google Checkout shopping cart when using some Internet Explorer versions. If you cannot see the 'Add to cart' you must be sure to allow for scripts and ActiveX on the top of the browser. If you get this at the top of your page:
you must right click on the area of the message and then click on 'Allow blocked content' like this:
once you allow for the blocked content to run the 'Add to cart' button will appear and the shopping cart will allow you to make purchases.
