After numerous customer requests, Xelex is “finally back in billing,” announced Bob Fordon, Xelex CTO. It quickly became clear that Xelex customers wanted – and needed – billing functionality. As a result, Xelex decided to add billing to its suite of BSS products, launching Symphony Billing and Customer Care with a complete POS and workflow system.
Xelex has maintained an initiative to surround existing billing environments with add-on modules as a way to prevent the forklift upgrade. This addition to the Xelex suite of BSS products marks over 20+ years in offering carrier-grade billing architecture for the Company.
