Albert J. Montevecchio

President and CEO

Mr. Montevecchio oversees the daily operations of Xelex Technologies, Inc. He brings more than 30 years of leadership experience and a proven record of financial success to Xelex. Prior to forming Xelex, Mr. Montevecchio enjoyed a brief early retirement from Moscom Corporation, a company he founded in January 1983. In less than two and a half years, the company went public and Mr. Montevecchio helped grow corporate revenues to more than $18 million. The company emerged as one of the world’s leading producers of telemanagement software and hardware products for the telecom industry. Mr. Montevecchio served as president and chief executive officer of Moscom until July 1997.

Prior to Moscom, Mr. Montevecchio was executive vice president of Sykes Datatronics where he supported development, sales and marketing, and was responsible for the company’s growth from $6 million to $46 million in just three years. As a result of this growth, Sykes Datatronics was rated the number one growth stock on the NASDAQ market.

Robert Fordon

Vice President, Marketing

As a founder and Vice President of Xelex, Mr. Fordon was primarily responsible for the conceptual design of Symphony™. His expertise and knowledge in the “billing market” provided the guidance required to successfully implement the product concept.

Mr. Fordon has a track record of successfully setting marketing direction and establishing strategic partnerships with high-tech companies.

Prior to Xelex, Mr. Fordon served as Director of International Systems and Product Planning for Global Crossing Ltd where he was responsible for a $2 billion business center. It was his responsibility to consolidate and/or replace billing systems to support the billing of products and services needed to grow the business unit by more than 25+ percent/year.

Douglas J. Montevecchio

Vice President, Engineering

With over 20 years of software development and product management experience, Mr. Montevecchio is an accomplished professional with a strong technical background in programming and writing as well as superior presentation and sales skills. Mr. Montevecchio possesses an in-depth knowledge of the telecom and internet industries and is skilled in the management and coordination of running large technical projects with a special expertise in determining market requirements.

In his role at Xelex, Mr. Montevecchio helped develop the concept of a rules-based application platform targeted at the telecom billing market. He was also heavily involved in the implementation of this concept, which has resulted in our flagship product line, Symphony.

Anna B. Zheleznyak

Director of Professional Services

As Director of Professional Services, Ms. Zheleznyak brings over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. She is an accomplished professional in the telecom billing arena with a comprehensive background in information technology, product development of voice and data OSS applications, project management, customer support and customer relations. In her current role, Ms. Zheleznyak oversees all activities related to worldwide customer support and communication to ensure that all services are delivered in alignment with customers’ expectations prior, during and post system implementation. Ms. Zheleznyak joined Xelex shortly after the company was founded. Prior to Xelex, she steadily built and advanced her career at Frontier Communications, Veramark Technologies and Global Crossing, where she held various key positions with increasing responsibilities in IT development, business analysis and design, product development, marketing and general management.

Frank Logosh

Principal Engineer

Frank Joined Xelex Technologies in March 2013 bringing twenty-five years of technical experience developing commercial software systems and applications for the telecommunications industry.

Prior to Xelex, Frank was Director of Software Product Development at Windstream Communications.  Frank joined Windstream through the PAETEC acquisition in December 2011, and Frank joined PAETEC in June 2004.  Frank directed the software development lifecycle activities including leading the engineering and IT teams responsible for designing, building, testing, maintaining and hosting an enterprise communications management suite.

Prior to PAETEC, Frank was a Sr. Product Manager at Connexn Technologies, a provider of carrier revenue assurance software solutions.  Prior to Connexn, Frank held technical and managerial software engineering positions at Veramark Technologies (formerly, MOSCOM), a provider of enterprise software applications including wireless carrier billing, call accounting and telecom expense management.
